Our journey began in 1968 in the RV industry, laying the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of innovation and craftsmanship. In the early 1980s, we expanded into the satellite industry, marking our first major leap beyond recreational vehicles. Soon after, we identified an opportunity to improve mobility, and by the late ’80s, we entered the scooter lift market – our first step into assistive technology.

In 1995, our capabilities grew further through collaboration with Caterpillar, deepening our engineering and manufacturing expertise. Over time, this experience led us to design personal platform lifts that make it easier for individuals to access their homes or campers.

How We Build Custom Actuators

We Gather Specs and Design the Solution

We start by learning exactly what your actuator needs to do—stroke length, force, environment, mounting, and anything else that matters. Then we design a solution that fits.

We Quote the Project and Set Expectations

Once the design is mapped out, we send over a quote that includes drawing and an estimated timeline. No surprises—just what it’ll take to get it done right.

You Approve the Design and We Lock It In

You’ll review the design, drawing/BOM. If something needs to change, we tweak it. Once it’s approved, we’re ready to build.

04
We Build, Test, and Ship

Our team gather the parts, machines and assembles everything in-house. Each actuator is tested to make sure it hits the specs before we send it your way.

We have standard lengths of 4, 6, 8, 12, 18, 24, 36, & 48

We can make any other length up to 72 inches.
